A pure Ciliegiolo from 35-year-old vines, expressing the authentic character of the territory. Fresh and fragrant, with delicate spicy notes and an elegant, well-balanced profile. Vinified in concrete tanks to preserve its vibrancy and distinctive character.

Pairings: ideal with meat dishes, cured meats, aged cheeses, and game-based pasta dishes. Excellent also as an aperitif and surprisingly enjoyable with oily fish.
