Leading the kitchen at our agri-restaurant are chef Sabrina Cecconello and her daughter Carlotta Papini.
Sabrina’s culinary adventure has deep roots in the Tuscan culinary scene. His career began in 1989 at Villa Banfi , and from there followed experiences at renowned restaurants such as Da Flavia in Talamone and more than 10 years at Pitorsino in Ansedonia, where he joined chef Enrico Casini in all preparations.

In 2008, Sabrina ushered in a new culinary phase with the management of thefamily farmhouse, of

Rascioni and Cecconello agri-restaurants.

Among the specialties offered, the intense flavors of Maremma cuisine come to life: from the classic tortello, to pici all’aglione, ribollita, and homemade ragouts, each bite tells the story of this land.
In addition to classic dishes, we offer a variety of culinary offerings, from soups such as acquacotta to main courses such as roasts and farona porchettata. For our vegetarian and vegan guests, we offer specially designed variations to satisfy every palate. Our chefs, Sabrina and Carlotta, skillfully and with dedication reinterpret traditional recipes with a modern twist, creating dishes that satisfy all palates.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we invite you to enjoy our homemade desserts made by Carlotta, such as the grandmother’s cake, the cheesecake and the cherry cookies. And for a cool and refreshing final note, we recommend the pistachio parfait or the mixed fruit sorbet, Sabrina’s secret recipes.
